Black-throated Wrens (Thryothorus atrogularis) are wonderful songsters - Here is an example from El Pizote (Costa Rica). He sang the initial phrase over and over for 20 or so reps, then switched to the last song type in this sample for several more repetitions. This species (and in fact this genus) demonstrates great flexibility in singing.
